FAQ
Before you book.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 7+ days. Bookings 3–6 days away may be accepted based on inventory and availability. Requests within 48–72 hours may include a rush fee. Same-day service is not guaranteed.
Can picnics be indoors?
Yes. Picnic Experiences are intentionally offered indoors and outdoors year-round. Indoor locations can include homes, hotels, Airbnbs and private venues.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes. Use Build a Pretty Plan to combine two or more services into one coordinated booking and custom bundle quote.
Can you decorate a rental car?
Yes, if you booked the rental and the rental terms allow décor. Pretty Plans provides décor only and does not provide the vehicle or transportation.
Do you provide food?
Food is not automatically included. Treat displays, snack styling and food coordination may be available depending on your package or request.
Do you copy inspiration photos exactly?
No. Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas are not guaranteed. Every setup is styled according to your selected package, palette, location and available inventory.
POLICIES
The important details.
Please review all policies before submitting a booking request.
Booking & Deposits
Your date is not secured until the required deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your total.
Final Balance
Remaining service balances are due 48 hours before setup. Rush/same-day bookings may require payment in full.
Custom Purchases
Custom, personalized, premium or specifically purchased items may require payment in full before ordering and become non-refundable once purchased.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability and adequate notice. Deposits may be transferable once at Pretty Plans' discretion when sufficient notice is provided.
Hotel / Airbnb Access
Clients are responsible for confirming decorator access, guest rules, host approval and property requirements before booking.
Weather
Outdoor experiences may be moved indoors, rescheduled or adjusted if weather creates unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
Travel
Queens is the standard service area. Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, Bronx and farther locations may include travel fees. Parking and tolls are client responsibility.
Rentals & Damage
Reusable tables, cushions, rugs, signage, décor and other rental items remain Pretty Plans property. Missing or damaged items may be billed at replacement cost.
Setup Access & Delays
Clients must provide access at the agreed setup time. Client-caused delays may shorten setup time or incur additional fees.
Substitutions
If an exact flower, balloon shade, basket, décor piece or product is unavailable, a comparable alternative may be substituted while maintaining the overall style and value.
Photos & Content
Pretty Plans may photograph completed setups for portfolio and marketing use unless the client opts out before service.
Pretty Plan Promise
